With the FRITZ!Box 7510, AVM is introducing an entry-level model for DSL connections that supports the new Wi-Fi 6 wireless standard. Thanks to supervectoring, the FRITZ!Box 7510 enables speeds of up to 300 Mbit/s at the connection. As with the FRITZ!Box 7590 AX and the 7530 AX, the FRITZ!Box 7510 brings the advantages of the Wi-Fi 6 standard to the wireless home network. The new Wi-Fi 6 vastly improves the long-range 2.4 GHz band, allowing the FRITZ!Box 7510 to transmit data at up to 600 Mbit/s. Wi-Fi 6 benefits not only wireless devices such as smartphones or notebooks that already use the new standard, but also many existing products such as household or small appliances that only transmit on 2.4 GHz with older Wi-Fi generations. This is because Wi-Fi 6 allows even more devices to be integrated into the home network at the same time by making more efficient use of Wi-Fi channels. Of course, the latest member of the FRITZ! family also supports Mesh Wi-Fi, so you can seamlessly expand your home Wi-Fi and network even large homes at the touch of a button. All FRITZ!Repeaters, such as the new FRITZ!Repeater 1200 AX, and FRITZ!Powerline (with Wi-Fi) models are compatible with the new FRITZ!Box.

The FRITZ!Box 7510's compact, white housing fits into any living environment and the new model offers everything you need to set up a modern home network. This includes gigabit LAN for networking and a complete telephone system (All IP) including an analog socket and a DECT base station. The FRITZ!Box 7510's telephony features includes secure encrypted HD telephony, integrated answering machines, and the PBX telephone function with support for up to 20 phone numbers. In addition to cordless phones, Smart Home devices such as FRITZ!DECT products can also be integrated into the network via the DECT base station. With the full convenience of FRITZ!OS including extensive parental controls, Wi-Fi guest access, media server, firewall, automatic, regular updates and much more, the entry-level model comes with everything that characterizes a FRITZ!Box. With high power at the connection and in the home network, the FRITZ!Box is very energy-efficient at just 6 watts in standby. The FRITZ!Box 7510 will be available for purchase (in Germany) soon.
