With the new FRITZ!Box 7590 AX, AVM is expanding its DSL portfolio with a new variant of the popular FRITZ!Box 7590. The FRITZ!Box 7590 AX offers the central performance features of the FRITZ!Box 7590 and uses Wi-Fi 6, the next generation of Wi-Fi. The new wireless standard is faster and, above all, more efficient, as even more devices can be supplied with Wi-Fi simultaneously. The new model's eight Wi-Fi antennas achieve up to 2400 Mbit / s in the 5 GHz band and 1200 Mbit / s at 2.4 GHz. Together with intelligent Mesh technology, the FRITZ!Box 7590 AX is a top model in the next generation of Wi-Fi. The new FRITZ!Box handles parallel 4K streams, gaming, home schooling and working from home with cloud computing and hours of video meetings with ease. It also supports VDSL supervectoring, making it possible to achieve internet speeds of up to 300 Mbit/s. With its extensive features, the new FRITZ!Box meets all requirements for complete networking in the digital home: internet connection at fastest speeds, Mesh Wi-Fi and a DECT base station for Smart Home applications and cordless phones, as well as ports for existing landline phones. In addition, the four gigabit LAN ports mean users can connect multiple network devices via cable, providing them with maximum data rates. Both the gigabit LAN ports and Wi-Fi 6 are fully backward compatible. The versatile FRITZ!OS operating system offers numerous features such as firewall, parental controls, VPN, Wi-Fi guest access and regular free updates.

A powerful hub for Mesh Wi-Fi

The FRITZ!Box 7590 AX is home hub for fast internet, Wi-Fi, telephony, networking and Smart Home. As a Mesh Wi-Fi hub, the FRITZ!Box 7590 AX ensures optimal Wi-Fi quality for all wireless activities in the entire home network. Even in large apartments and homes or in places that are difficult to reach due to structural conditions, the Wi-Fi can be expanded quickly via the central FRITZ!Box 7590 AX. This is because FRITZ!Repeaters or FRITZ!Powerline devices can be quickly integrated into the FRITZ!Box's Mesh Wi-Fi. In particular, the combination of the FRITZ!Box with the new FRITZ!Repeater 6000 represents a particularly powerful Mesh Set for high Wi-Fi coverage and multiple mobile devices.
