Installing the FRITZ!Powerline software

The FRITZ!Powerline software gives you a quick and clear overview of your powerline network. With FRITZ!Powerline, you can install updates for your FRITZ!Powerline adapters, switch the LEDs on and off, or change their names.

Requirements / Restrictions

Windows 11 / 10 / 8 / 7 is installed on the computer.

The FRITZ!Powerline software can display a maximum of nine powerline adapters.

Downloading and installing the FRITZ!Powerline software

Call up https://download.avm.de/fritzpowerline/tools/fritzpowerline/ in your web browser.
Switch to the folder "de" or "en".
Download the FRITZ!Powerline software for the operating system of your computer.
Install FRITZ!Powerline on a computer that is connected to a FRITZ!Powerline adapter via the FRITZ!Box or directly via a network cable.
