Terms and conditions - FRITZ!Box turns 20 prize draw

Win one of 20 prize packages. The prize packages consist of the following:

The responsible party is AVM Computersysteme Vertriebs GmbH (hereinafter: “AVM”). The prize draw begins on 3 September 2024 with the publication of the participation form and ends on 15 September 2024 at 11:59 p.m (CET). The competition consists of the packages listed above and will be drawn from all those who have completed the entry form and answered the questions correctly; the winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries. The participation form must be filled out completely and truthfully.

Entrants must be aged 18 or over. The prize draw is not open to AVM Group employees or their immediate families. Entering is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods and services. The entrant is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided.

A random draw of all valid entries will take place after the closing date to select the winners. The winner(s) will be notified by email.

If a selected winner does not respond within seven days of the date of contact or refuses the prize, AVM reserves the right to select another entrant at random from the remaining eligible entries. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for monetary value. Legal claims are excluded. AVM reserves the right to disqualify entrants from the prize draw if they violate the terms and conditions or influence it through technical manipulation. If a winner is disqualified, prizes can subsequently be withdrawn or reclaimed. If for any reason a prize is not available, AVM reserves the right to substitute it with another prize of equal value. AVM is not liable for technical or other problems beyond its control.

AVM reserves the right to adjust, change or end the prize draw if necessary.

AVM will only use entrants' personal data for the administration of this prize draw and contacting the winners. The personal data required for the prize draw will be used only in this context. The (personal) data will be deleted at the latest after the prize draw has been completed, unless there are statutory retention periods.

The terms & conditions and the prize draw are subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. These terms and conditions, including the prize draw mechanisms, represent the final rules for the prize draw. Should individual stipulations be or become invalid, the validity of the other terms and conditions remains untouched.

Prizes will only be shipped within Europe. Entrants with a delivery address outside of Europe are not entitled to any prizes or compensation if they are selected. All decisions are final.
