Forgot MyFRITZ! password
If you have forgotten the password for your MyFRITZ! account, request a new MyFRITZ! password on myfritz.net.
Requesting a new MyFRITZ! password
- Enter myfritz.net in a web browser.
- Click the link "Assign or Change Password" below the fields for the email address and MyFRITZ! password.
- In the field, enter the email address you used to register with MyFRITZ!.
- Click "Request MyFRITZ! password".
- Solve the CAPTCHA.
- Now MyFRITZ!Net will send an email to the email address you entered.
Important:If you do not receive an email, the email has either been classified as spam or no MyFRITZ! account exists for this email address. In this case, check the spelling of the email address and the spam folder of the email inbox.
- Now MyFRITZ!Net will send an email to the email address you entered.
- Open the email you received from MyFRITZ!Net and click the button "Assign New MyFRITZ! Password".
- Enter a new password in the fields "New MyFRITZ! password" and "Confirm new password" and click "Conclude Submission".
- Now the new password is valid for your MyFRITZ! account.
