Saving and resetting the energy data of the FRITZ!DECT smart plug
You can completely delete the energy data saved by your smart plug, for example FRITZ!DECT 200. This way, the energy data from an old device does not falsify the data of any new devices you connect. If you want, you can save the old device's data as a CSV file first.
Note:This guide is valid for FRITZ!OS 7.50 or later. If you are using an older FRITZ!OS version, the configuration may differ or functions may not be available. You can find the FRITZ!OS version on the "Overview" page of the FRITZ!Box user interface.
- Click "Smart Home" in the FRITZ!Box user interface.
- Click "Devices and Groups" in the "Smart Home" menu.
- Select all of the smart home devices from the drop-down list "Display all devices".
- Click the button (Edit) for the respective device.
- Click on the "Energy Display" tab and then the "Total Energy (kWh)" tab.
- If you want to save the energy data, click the "Save" button and save the energy data as a CSV file on the computer.
- If you want to reset the energy data, click the "Reset" button in the section "Reset Energy Information".
