Setting the menu language on FRITZ!Fon
The FRITZ!Fon uses the language set in the FRITZ!Box user interface as its menu language. The language selection is automatically controlled by the telephone's software.
Note:All instructions on configuration and settings given in this guide refer to the latest FRITZ!OS for the FRITZ!Box.
1 Changing the language selection in the FRITZ!Box
- Click "System" in the FRITZ!Box user interface.
- Click "Region and Language" in the "System" menu.
- Click the "Language Setting" tab.
- Select the desired language from the drop-down list.
- Click "Apply" to save the settings.
2 Switching the telephone off and on again
- Switch the telephone off by holding down the end call key (red handset) and then switch it on again.
Now the telephone searches for the appropriate software and installs it. Once the telephone has restarted, the menus will be in the language you selected in the FRITZ!Box user interface.
