FRITZ!Box manufacturer AVM organizes succession

The founders and managing partners of the Berlin-based communications specialist AVM have arranged the succession plan for the next generation for their company. With Imker Capital Partners (Imker), the company has a new long-term investor. Imker is a Europe-based family office. The founders of AVM will retain a minority stake in the company as shareholders and members of the advisory board.

Johannes Nill, CEO and chairman of the management board: "We have taken an active and systematic approach to the succession plan for the next generation to ensure AVM's continued success. AVM is looking to achieve growth through new products and increased internationalization.

Since starting out in Berlin in 1986, AVM's focus has been on developing innovative products in-house. In 2023 the Berlin-based communications specialist had 890 employees and generated a turnover of 580 million euros.
