AVM is presenting its FRITZ! portfolio for a smart connected home at Light + Building, taking place from 3 to 8 March in Frankfurt am Main. Highlight products at the trade fair include the new FRITZ!Box 5690 Pro, which can be used on both fiber optic and DSL connections, and the FRITZ!Box 6670 Cable, the first available DOCSIS 3.1 device with Wi-Fi 7 and Zigbee. Like every FRITZ!Box, both models are the home hub for internet, telephony, networking and Smart Home. The versatile Smart Home products from FRITZ! for heating, energy and lighting control and measuring energy consumption will also be on display at the trade fair. In addition to proven products such as the FRITZ!DECT 302 smart radiator control or the FRITZ!DECT 200/210 smart plugs, the focus is also on the latest additions: the FRITZ!Smart Gateway for integrating Zigbee into the FRITZ Smart Home and the FRITZ!DECT 350 door/window contact. These products and the free FRITZ!App Smart Home provide users with a flexible Smart Home and enable the convenient use of applications that save both energy and costs. AVM is also presenting showcases for the Zigbee and Matter standards. Visitors to the AVM stand E60 in hall 12 will have the opportunity to explore all FRITZ! products and receive individual advice from AVM experts on topics such as fiber, Smart Home and energy efficiency. All FRITZ! products are characterized by a high level of energy efficiency. The all-in-one approach of the FRITZ!Box – internet, Wi-Fi, telephony, Smart Home and media server – eliminates the need for and costs of additional products. Furthermore, the Smart Home offering from FRITZ! gives users a number of ways to live more energy efficiently and reduce costs. The FRITZ!DECT 200 and 210 smart plugs provide helpful measurement features and automatic switching schedules. It's particularly easy for users to minimize unwanted power consumption from devices in standby mode or from chargers. With targeted switching schedules, users can easily save several kilowatt hours of electricity per year. AVM's well-known, long-standing product support with regular updates and the option of continuing to use older FRITZ!Box models in the home network as a repeater or Smart Home hub complete the sustainable energy concept.
