FRITZ!App reports "No wireless connection has been established"

Although you configured FRITZ!App Fon according to our guide, you cannot conduct calls over a VPN connection. FRITZ!App Fon displays the message "FRITZ!Box cannot be reached. No wireless connection has been established". The app functions properly as soon as you establish a wireless connection.

Enabling mobile data

  1. Open the iOS settings.
  2. Tap "Mobile Data".
  3. Enable the option "Use Mobile Data" for FRITZ!App Fon.
