FRITZ!App Fon reports "The FRITZ!Box used does not support FRITZ!App Fon"
When setting up FRITZ!App Fon, the error message "The FRITZ!Box used does not support FRITZ!App Fon. Please check whether a firmware update is available" is displayed. FRITZ!App Fon cannot be used.
- An incorrect product was selected during setup, for example a FRITZ!WLAN Repeater.
Selecting a FRITZ!Box
- Start FRITZ!App Fon.
- Tap "More" and then "Settings".
- Select "FRITZ!Box" in the "Account Information" section.
- Select your FRITZ!Box from the list and tap "Connect".
