Connecting a wireless device directly with FRITZ!Powerline

If you set up your FRITZ!Powerline device as described in our guide Setting up FRITZ!Powerline in the FRITZ!Box home network, the FRITZ!Powerline device adopts the Wi-Fi network name and network key of the FRITZ!Box during setup. This allows your wireless devices to automatically connect to the best Wi-Fi network.

If you customized the FRITZ!Powerline device with individual Wi-Fi settings, connect your wireless devices directly with the FRITZ!Powerline device.
