Removing a FRITZ!Box from the MyFRITZ! report

The MyFRITZ! report informs you about the status of your FRITZ! products, available updates, and other news on a regular basis via email.

You can easily add or delete your FRITZ!Boxes to or from a MyFRITZ! account and thus also from the MyFRITZ! report under "Internet > MyFRITZ! Account" of the user interface of the respective FRITZ!Box.

If you set up a MyFRITZ account, you can also remove a FRITZ!Box that you no longer have access to from your MyFRITZ! account and MyFRITZ! report:

  1. Enter myfritz.net in a web browser.
  2. In the corresponding fields, enter the email address and MyFRITZ! password you used to register with MyFRITZ!Net, and click "Log In".
  3. Solve the CAPTCHA.
  4. In the device overview, click (remove FRITZ!Box) next to the FRITZ!Box that you want to remove from the MyFRITZ! account. If the symbol is not displayed, click the three-dot menu next to the FRITZ!Box first.
