Enabling or disabling outside line access
Outside line access is enabled in the factory settings, but you can use a connected telephone to disable and re-enable it for the FRITZ!Box's analog extensions.
Note:You can only disable outside line access for the analog extensions of the FRITZ!Box. Outside line access is permanently enabled for all other connection types (for example DECT).
1 Outside line access disabled
- Enter #1[Ext]*0*#91** on your telephone and press the call button (pick up the handset).
- For [Ext], enter the number of an analog extension on the FRITZ!Box.
Example:
Enter #11*0*#91** to disable outside line access for the "FON 1" socket.
- For [Ext], enter the number of an analog extension on the FRITZ!Box.
- Hang up again after about 3 seconds.
2 Enabling outside line access
- Enter #1[Ext]*1*#91** on the telephone and press the call key (pick up the handset).
- For [Ext], enter the number of an analog extension on the FRITZ!Box.
Example:
Enter #11*1*#91** to enable outside line access for the "FON 1" socket.
- For [Ext], enter the number of an analog extension on the FRITZ!Box.
- Hang up again after about 3 seconds.
