Why does FRITZ!App WLAN need access to the location?

Google's technical guidelines for Android and Apple's technical guidelines for iOS stipulate that apps can only display information on the Wi-Fi environment if the app is allowed to access your location. These guidelines have been in effect for Android since August 2018 and iOS starting with version 13. AVM has no influence on these guidelines.
