Why is it not possible to stop FRITZ!App WLAN?

FRITZ!App WLAN is an app with system-level functions that make it possible to establish Wi-Fi connections and analyze the Wi-Fi environment in Android. It is therefore necessary for FRITZ!App WLAN to always remain active in the background once the app is started. It is not necessary to stop the app, nor is this intended. However, you can force the app to stop in the Android settings under "Apps > FRITZ!App WLAN".
