Connecting FRITZ!Repeater to a router from another manufacturer

You want to connect a FRITZ!Repeater to the FRITZ!Box or a different router via Wi-Fi? ✔ It's easy with this step-by-step guide.

The FRITZ!Repeater adds an additional wireless access point to your home network quickly and easily. This way you will even have ideal wireless reception and high-speed connections to the internet and home network outside the Wi-Fi range of your router. The FRITZ!Repeater adopts the wireless access information from the router and can be used directly by all of the wireless devices in the home network.

You can either connect the FRITZ!Repeater with your router via LAN or Wi-Fi. Which connection type makes the most sense depends on your operational environment.
