Display is defective

The display of your FRITZ!Fon is defective:

  • The display remains dark.
  • The display remains white.
  • There are annoying lines across the display.
  • A whole line contains pixel errors.

1 Removing the battery and reinserting it

  1. Hold down the end call key (red handset) for about one second to turn the telephone off.
  2. Remove the battery from the telephone for several seconds.
  3. Reinsert the battery and use the end call key to turn it on again.
