1 Disabling expanded security functions
In order to use the FRITZ!Box's expanded security functions with a Speedphone, changes must be made to the Speedphone. Until a corresponding software update is available for the Speedphone, you can still use it with your FRITZ!Box if you disable the expanded security functions in the FRITZ!Box:
- Click "DECT" in the FRITZ!Box user interface.
- Click "Base Station" in the "DECT" menu.
- Disable the expanded security functions in the "Security" section.
- Click "Apply" to save the settings.
After disabling the expanded security functions, you must register your Speedphone with the FRITZ!Box once.
