FRITZ!Box 7369 Service

Calls drop when transferring calls, alternating between calls, or using the consultation function

The call drops when you try to transfer it, alternate between two calls, or consult with another party.

Cause

  • The telephony provider does not support the "alternating between calls" function.

1 Enabling consultation, call transfer, and "alternating between calls" functions in FRITZ!Box

Configure the FRITZ!Box so that the FRITZ!Box "alternates between calls", and not your telephony provider:

  1. Enter #610*9*#91** on your telephone and press the call key (lift the receiver).

    Note:You can restore the default setting of the FRITZ!Box by entering #610*2*#91**.

  2. Hang up again after about 3 seconds.
