Does wireless radiation pose a risk?
Radiation exposure from FRITZ! products with wireless capabilities is significantly below the limits stipulated by the German government in the "Ordinance on Electromagnetic Fields" for the frequency range around 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz. Thus, the wireless transmitter power of FRITZ! products operating in the 2.4 GHz frequency range does not exceed 100 mW / 20 dBm, and it does not exceed 200 mW / 23 dBm when operating in the 5 GHz frequency range.
According to current scientific knowledge (see Federal Communications Commission), there is no evidence that radiation from wireless devices poses health risks.
