AVM extends its portfolio with the new USB adapter for fast wireless LAN FRITZ!WLAN Stick AC 860. With the small, compact FRITZ!WLAN Stick, notebooks and PCs benefit from transmission rates of up to 866 Mbit/s.

The new FRITZ!WLAN Repeater DVB-C and the new FRITZ!App TV bring cable television to your smartphone and tablet. The repeater combines the functions of a DVB-C tuner with a Wireless AC repeater in a single device. It streams free-to-air cable TV programs directly into the home network on PCs, notebooks, tablets and smartphones. The television signal from the cable TV connection is distributed via fast wireless LAN throughout the entire home. The free FRITZ!App TV for Android and iOS provides for convenient viewing on tablets and smartphones.

The new FRITZ!Box 5490 for fiber optics enables direct access to an Active Optical Network (AON), designed for operation on FTTH connections. The new FRITZ!Box 5490 for fiber optics combines everything that makes FRITZ!Box 7490, the established flagship for DSL, successful: gigabit speed, the latest hardware and the variety of functions offered by FRITZ!OS. For wireless LAN the FRITZ!Box 5490 relies on Wireless AC with 1,300 Mbit/s and Wireless N with 450 Mbit/s. For convenient telephony in HD, the new 5490 incorporates a telephone system for analog, DECT, ISDN and IP telephones.

AVM presents eight new FRITZ! products at the IFA 2015. The new MyFRITZ!App and a brand new FRITZ!OS will also be there. In line with the motto "Faster Home" AVM has the current demands of home networks in its sights. There are news from FRITZ!Box, FRITZ!Powerline, FRITZ!WLAN, FRITZ!DECT, FRITZ!Fon, FRITZ!OS and FRITZ!Apps.

The new FRITZ!Box 4020 is the smallest FRITZ!Box of all time and is perfect for newcomers to FRITZ! home networking. It is a pure wireless router for flexible deployment at cable, DSL or fiber optic modems and extends existing networks. The FRITZ!Box 4020 is equipped with one WAN port, four LAN ports and a NAS function. With 450 Mbit/s in the 2.4-GHz frequency band it offers the fastest Wireless N in its performance class and enables convenient surfing via smartphone, tablet or notebook. The FRITZ!Box 4020 has one USB-2.0 port and supports 3G and 4G dongles for optional Internet access via mobile communication networks.

AVM is presenting two upcoming FRITZ!Box models at the Anga Com: The FRITZ!Box 6590 Cable with 32 x 8 link aggregation and new wireless LAN with 4x4 Dual Band Wave 2 as well as the FRITZ!Box 5490 for fiber optic connections (FTTH). With the FRITZ!Box 6490 Cable AVM is also showing its current flagship for cable, which offers 24 x 8 link aggregation. One of the highlights is the FRITZ!Box 4080, featuring the highest wireless performance of up to 2.5 Gbit/s with 4x4 Dual Band Wave 2 and Multi-User MIMO. AVM is also introducing FRITZ!WLAN Repeaters with Wireless AC and a preview to the upcoming FRITZ!OS.

AVM is showing four new FRITZ!Box models, a technology study on the future of the cable connection, and a new FRITZ!OS. A highlight is the FRITZ!Box 4080 (photo), featuring the highest wireless performance of up to 2.5 Gbit/s and Multi-User MIMO technology with Wireless AC Wave 2. Ideal for beginners is the FRITZ!Box 4020, the smallest FRITZ!Box ever. A wireless router like the FRITZ!Box 4080, it can be deployed flexibly on cable, DSL or fiber optic modems. The new FRITZ!Box 7430 is ideal for IP-based DSL lines, and the new FRITZ!Box 6820 LTE is perfectly suited for deployment at home and on the go.
