The first FRITZ!Box for gigabit DSL

In Cologne at this year's ANGA COM, an international trade fair for broadband connections, home networking and multimedia, AVM has some great innovations in store.

The FRITZ!Box 7582 will be the first terminal device launched on the German market for the DSL technologies and 35b super-vectoring. By expanding bandwidth on copper twin wire, technology allows higher transmission rates of up to 1 Gbit/s over short distances. Over longer distances, 35b super-vectoring achieves up to 300 Mbit/s.

The first devices are already being deployed on several connections from the German provider M-Net.
