In these cases the AVM Knowledge Base is an ever-growing source of wisdom: There are 50.000 guides to 120 products and about half of which are translated to foreign languages. Why make such an effort? The AVM Knowledge Base quickly provides you with simple step-by-step guides for self-support that can easily be found – even using a search engine. This way you can learn, for example, how to use the integrated fax function or what to do when your WiFi connection is interrupted from time to time.
The Knowledge Base continues to grow
New Knowledge Base documents are developed by a special department of the same name at AVM. For this, customer inquiries serve as a source for identifying obstacles during installation as well as with special functions or problems. Existing documents are also updated and undergo constant optimization. These updates are filled with important information from our Support team, which is in close contact with users and can assess where additional help is needed. Also, the number of hits on the documents are important indicators for identifying customer questions.
