Change the email address of the MyFRITZ! account

If your email address changes or you want to have the MyFRITZ! Report or MyFRITZ! email notifications sent to a different address, you can change the email address of your MyFRITZ! account directly on

  1. Call up in a web browser.
  2. In the corresponding fields, enter the email address and MyFRITZ! password you used to register with MyFRITZ!Net, and click "Log In".
  3. Solve the CAPTCHA.
  4. Click the three-dot menu in the upper-right corner of the web page and then click "Account Settings".
  5. Click "Change Email Address".
  6. Enter your new email address in the "New email address" field.
  7. Click the button "Change Email Address".
  8. Check the new email address again and then click "Email address correct". Now MyFRITZ!Net sends you an email to your new email address.

    Important:If you do not receive an email, the email was classified as unsolicited advertising (spam). In this case, check the spam folder of your email inbox.

  9. Open the email you received from MyFRITZ!Net.
  10. In the email, click the button "Confirm New Email Address".

Now the email address of the MyFRITZ! account has been changed. It may take up to 25 hours until the new email address is displayed in all of the FRITZ!Boxes associated with your MyFRITZ! account. However, the FRITZ!Boxes still accessible without interruption via MyFRITZ!Net.
